Acts 5: Selfish Faith vs. True Devotion to God

In this message, Pastor Landon continues our series UNSTOPPABLE: The Church On Mission through Acts 5. This passage challenges the idea of selfish faith: a faith that looks spiritual on the outside but is driven by personal gain, recognition, or hidden motives. Through the story in Acts 5, we see that God cares deeply about the condition of the heart as He builds His Church.  

As the early believers learn what it means to live with honesty and reverence, we are challenged today to examine our own motives. Are we following Jesus for what we can get, or because He is truly Lord of our lives? True faith is not self-centered. It is surrendered.
